With our in-house, state-of-the-art bottling line capable of 170 cases per hour, along with a dedicated neck freezer and automated disgorging line, we ensure a seamless production process.

From harvest to the final bottle, our still wine production services are designed to handle projects of all sizes.
We offer a range of pressing options, accommodating everything from small-lot, one-ton whole-cluster presses to large-scale 13-ton whole-cluster batches.
For red wine production, our fully automated optical sorting line, featuring an Oscillys destemmer, Key Technologies Berry Sorting Table, and WECO optical sorter, ensures precision in fruit selection.
Our fermentation program includes 20 open-top tanks, over 50 portatanks, and large fermentation and blending tanks, allowing for flexible production.
State-of-the-art lab analysis is integrated into our process through SPICA by Ademo/Biosystems, and our temperature-controlled fermentation is managed by the TankNet system and a brand-new 50-ton G&D chiller.
With advanced filtration options and Sweetspotting adjustment services, we prepare wines for bottling with precision.
